Tirana: "Green light" for 12 skyscrapers - Ryanair starts flights to Albania
According to Albanian media reports and the Greek Office of Economic and Commercial Affairs (OEY) in Tirana, the competent National Council for Building Permits of Albania (KKT) approved during its last meeting the construction of multi-purpose buildings, among which twelve skyscrapers in Tirana, despite protests against massive construction in the capital.
